When you being a customer of Grime Fighters cleaning services hire any of our services you are bound to pay at the completion of our service. The only time in which this does not take place is if you are putting through a claim with our 100% money back policy to which you may have to complete the paperwork for confirmation.
A customer is expected to pay the full amount stated on the invoice at the completion of the same day of any job we complete. Failure to pay the full amount may incur a daily interest rate of 10%. Please pay any amount you owe in full by the completion of the job.
The customer must understand that there are some stains that are impossible to remove. The customer must also understand there are areas of carpeting and fabric that when worn and used constantly will appear as dirty even when cleaned thoroughly but are only warn and in such a case Grime Fighters will not be held under our guarantee. Grime Fighters will make every effort in cleaning and removing stains. Should there be a stain or warn area that does not appear clean you should note that Grime Fighters has done their best and are not responsible for the origination of the stain or wearing of carpet or fabric.
